Hey girl, welcome to Willow & Honey the salon!
I’ve been doing hair for 15 years, but have found customized blonding for blondes & brunettes to be my specialty. Think lived in face framing highlights, and all the gorgeous depth and dimension. I have taken a gazillion classes, and my greatest love of this industry is the awesome continuing education.
When I’m not behind the chair you can find me spending time with my family (My husband Michael, Chase, 9 and Maddy 6). I am a dog lover, live off of starbucks & dry shampoo, alllll the things true crime, and find my best hair inspo while vacationing at the beach.

With over 19 years of experience and a passion for consistently perfecting my hair game, I live for end results and smiling guests while loving the process. I adore pampering every client and being able to socially create a relaxing atmosphere with like minded artists.
I am constantly stalking all of the latest hair trends and learning from the best. I take great pride in every client relationship and making sure they love their hair as much as I do.
When I'm not pulling foils, I am most likely on the softball field with my daughter, playing with my pups or planning our next adventure.
Obsessions include: True Crime Podcasts, Audio books, My Husband, Yoga, Laughing with my co workers, Early morning walks with my dogs, Trips to The Cape, Relaxing by the pool, Coffee, and life talks with my Mom.
Lauren, a younger hairstylist in this industry began her career in 2020. Having grown up only thirty minutes from the Saratoga area, she always knew it was the perfect location to begin her career.
Working at one other salon before coming to Willow & Honey, she took many cutting classes from the Hattori Hanzo Shear Company, color classes with some of the top stylists at Behind the Chair show each year, as well as several online subscriptions with talented artists such as The Blonde Chronicles, Harbor Education, and The Blonding Bible.
Lauren loves offering her clients a welcoming space to have a relaxing and enjoyable appointment. Outside of the salon, Lauren loves spending time with her family in Greenwich, as well as time with her boyfriend Conner, visiting his family in Binghamton. She loves spending her summer at SPAC enjoying all the concerts, paddle boarding on Saratoga Lake, and biking the many rail trails our area has to offer. In the winter, you can find her at many of the local hockey games and skiing Jimney Peak.

Lori, our Brooklyn native, received her education at Carsten institute in New York City. She got her start at the exclusive Yves Durif salon at the Carlyle hotel in Manhattan. She has been working in the Saratoga area now for 13 years. Lori is constantly continuing her education to keep up with the latest trends, Training at the Vidal Sassoon academy in San Francisco, Wella and L’Oréal institutes in NYC, Masters of Balayage and Salt Society just to name a few. She strives to make her clients feel the best that they can. She loves giving her clients natural, beautiful hair that fits their lifestyles. She really enjoys creating personal relationships with her clients that are long lasting.
When she is not at work you can find her spending quality time with her husband and two kids, Carter 8 and Cora 6. She is so happy to be working with her best friends at a salon they have been dreaming about for years. Willow and honey is her happy place and can’t wait for you to experience the unique, fun, beautiful atmosphere.

Danielle LaFarr here, and I am proudly serving the Saratoga Springs area.
As a mom of two, I know exactly how important it is to feel special, pampered, and beautiful in a relaxing ambiance. Your experience with me at Willow & Honey the Salon, will leave you feeling uplifted, relaxed, and more confident than you've ever felt before.
I've been a stylist for 15 years and have never been more in love with my clients or my craft. I specialize in balayage, foilayage, and "lived-in" color services; and take great pride in the fact that I travel for advanced color classes at least twice annually.
When I'm not in the salon, you can find me in the gym, cooking up something in the kitchen, or watching my kids play their sports. I love reading, baking all things sourdough, and taking vacations. I am always up for sharing recipes, book suggestions, and vacation spots!
